Reservations confirmed by us are binding for both parties.
Cancelling Conditions
Cancelling or changings to reservations (different arrival or departure dates) will be charged additionally:
- Cancelling 30 days or more in advance are not subject to additional charges
- 21 days before arrival: 10%
- 14 days before arrival: 20%
- 7 days before arrival: 40%
- 3 days before arrival: 60%
- less than 3 days before arrival: 80%
We also offer a cancelling insurance to our guests, which may cover some of the cancelling charges.
